🎨 Wicomico Day School Is Hiring an Art Teacher! 🎨
As many of you know, Mrs. Tyler will be retiring at the end of the 2026–2027 school year after years of inspiring creativity in our students. To ensure a smooth transition and continue our strong tradition in the arts, Wicomico Day School is now accepting applications for a full-time Art Teacher beginning in the upcoming school year.
This unique position offers the opportunity to work, shadow, and train alongside Mrs. Tyler before her retirement.
Position Details:
Full-time Art Teacher
Teach students in K3 through 8th Grade
Opportunity to collaborate and train with Mrs. Tyler prior to the transition
Qualifications:
Art degree preferred but not required
Preference given to candidates with art education experience and/or a degree in a related field
Passion for art, creativity, and working with children
Enthusiasm for becoming an active member of the WDS community
We are seeking a creative, dedicated individual who will help foster students' artistic growth while continuing the excellence of our art program.
